This is a part-time general labor role, typically two days per week, with potential for additional days at a nearby project. Standard construction hours apply with room for extra time as needed.

    Key Responsibilities – Construction Laborer

    • Perform general labor tasks including site prep, cleanup, and material handling
    • Load, unload, and move tools, materials, and supplies around the jobsite
    • Support skilled trades and crew members as directed by the foreman
    • Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area throughout the shift
    • Assist with basic construction tasks as assigned

    Qualifications – Construction Laborer

    • Reliable attendance and punctuality for scheduled shifts
    • Prior construction or general labor experience preferred, not required
    • Ability to follow verbal instructions and work as part of a crew
    • Reliable transportation to the Raymore, MO jobsite

    Preferred Qualifications – General Laborer / Construction Helper

    • Familiarity with common hand and power tools
    • Experience on active commercial or residential jobsites
    • OSHA 10 awareness (inferred – confirm if required)

    Physical Requirements – Construction Laborer

    • Ability to lift and carry up to 50 lbs regularly (inferred – confirm actual weight)
    • Standing, bending, kneeling, and walking for the full shift
    • Work outdoors in varying weather conditions
