Responsibilities: • Assist in the preparation of playground sites, including excavation, grading, and drainage • Read and interpret blueprints, plans, and specifications to ensure accurate installation of playground equipment • Safely and efficiently assemble, install, and anchor playground structures, swings, slides, and other components according to manufacturer guidelines • Collaborate with project managers, designers, and other team members to ensure quality and timely completion of projects • Operate construction equipment and tools, such as drills, saws, and compactors, in a safe and effective manner • Conduct regular inspections and maintenance of equipment to ensure safety and functionality • Maintain a clean and organized work environment, including proper disposal of materials and debris Qualifications: • Preference to candidates with experience using construction equipment such as forklift and power tools • We prefer if you have a high school diploma or GED • Experience with construction builds is a big plus, but we are willing to train on the job for motivated candidates • Must have excellent hand-eye coordination, good balance, and have the physical strength to be able to do the work • Needs to be good at following directions and complete tasks, both independently and on a team • Minimum of 2 years of experience in construction or a related field • Strong knowledge of construction techniques, tools, and materials • Ability to read and interpret blueprints, plans, and specifications • Experience operating construction equipment and machinery is preferred • Excellent communication and teamwork skills • Attention to detail and commitment to quality and safety • Valid driver's license and reliable transportation • Preference to candidates with experience using construction equipment, such as forklifts and power tools • We prefer that you have a high school diploma or GED Experience with construction builds is a big plus, but we are willing to train on the job for motivated candidates • Must have excellent hand-eye coordination, good balance, and have the physical strength to be able to do the work • Needs to be good at following directions and completing tasks, both independently and on a team Compensation: $16 - $18 hourly
