    Premier Outdoor Installations is seeking motivated Construction Laborers to join our team. This hands-on role involves the installation of commercial playgrounds and shade structures for schools, parks, and community spaces. Responsibilities: • Assist in the preparation of playground sites, including excavation, grading, and drainage • Safely and efficiently assemble, install, and anchor playground structures, swings, slides, and shade systems • Operate construction tools and equipment (drills, saws, compactors, etc.) in a safe and effective manner • Collaborate with project managers, designers, and crew members to ensure quality and timely completion of projects • Unload, organize, and stage all building materials and tools for accessibility • Maintain a clean, safe, and organized worksite, including proper disposal of materials and debris • Adhere to all health and safety regulations on-site • Support tradespeople and equipment operators as needed to complete additional project tasks Qualifications: • Construction or related experience preferred (willing to train motivated candidates) • Ability to read and follow blueprints, plans, and specifications is a plus • Comfortable operating construction equipment and power tools • Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation • High school diploma or GED preferred • Must have good balance, coordination, and physical strength to perform labor tasks • Strong teamwork skills, reliability, and ability to follow directions Compensation: $15 - $18 hourly
