Duties

Assist in the preparation of construction sites by clearing debris, setting up scaffolding, and organizing materials

Operate basic hand tools and power tools safely and efficiently under supervision

Perform foundational tasks such as digging trenches, mixing concrete, and installing fixtures

Follow safety protocols rigorously to ensure a secure work environment for all team members

Support carpenters, masons, electricians, and other tradespeople in their daily tasks

Conduct routine inspections of work areas to identify hazards or issues needing attention

Maintain cleanliness and organization of the work site to promote efficiency and safety

Experience

Prior experience in construction or related manual labor roles is preferred; on-the-job training will be provided

Ability to follow detailed instructions and work as part of a team in a fast-paced environment

Physical stamina and strength to perform demanding tasks such as lifting heavy materials and standing for extended periods

Clear understanding of construction safety standards and practices is a plus

Willingness to learn new skills and adapt to different project requirements

Valid driver’s license

Pay rate based on experience

90-day probationary period
