Ready to create joy for kids across Orlando and Mid-Florida? Join our dynamic crew as a Playground Construction Laborer! We’re seeking a skilled, enthusiastic team player who thrives on using power tools, pouring concrete, and operating skid steers with precision. You’ll travel with our tight-knit crew up to 4 nights a week, building safe, exciting playgrounds that spark imagination. You'll be working for customers ranging from park and rec departments, home builders, public schools, churches, HOA's. The projects require efficiency and attention to detail in every phase of the project. Whether it's a 4 day installation or a 6 week large-scale build, every project is extremely important. Playgrounds are a niche industry, and we certainly don't expect you to know everything. We're looking for individuals who are hungry to learn, grow, and become a champion in this industry. Humility is key. As we're only looking for one crew member to join a very cohesive team, candidates will be heavily vetted through personality profiles, background checks, and on-site interviews. Responsibilities: Each day's efforts will be under the direction of the Site Supervisor You must show up ON TIME and stay OFF your phone. Each day will encompass: • Loading and unloading • Maintaining a clean job site • Digging, setting blocks, and erecting the structure • Pouring footers, keeping the unit plumb • Completing the finishing work and surfacing to hand off an exceptional product to the customer Qualifications: What You Bring: • Expertise in power tools, concrete work, and skid steer operation • Eagerness to grow your technical skills • Humility and levelheadedness to work seamlessly with supervisors and peers • Willingness to travel and tackle hands-on challenges • Understanding how to establish elevation and work with laser levels is a huge plus. Compensation: $23 hourly
