Join BMF REMODELING LLC as a Construction Laborer and be part of a dynamic team dedicated to transforming homes in Oswego, IL. This role offers an exciting opportunity to work on diverse remodeling projects while honing your skills in a supportive environment.

Responsibilities:

Assist in various remodeling projects, including kitchens, bathrooms, and home renovations.

Perform demolition, framing, drywall installation, and finishing work.

Operate hand and power tools safely and efficiently.

Follow blueprints and building plans to meet project specifications.

Maintain a clean and organized job site to ensure safety and efficiency.

Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively on project progress.

Adhere to all safety protocols and regulations on-site.

Assist with material handling and inventory management as needed.

Demo bathrooms , kitchens , etc

Requirements:

High school diploma or equivalent preferred.

Previous experience in construction or remodeling is a plus.

Ability to lift heavy materials and perform physically demanding tasks.

Familiarity with hand and power tools used in construction.

Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship.

Good communication skills and ability to work well in a team.

Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.

Willingness to learn and grow in the remodeling industry.
