Construction Laborer – Civil & Sitework

Skilled Trades Partners is currently recruiting for a direct hire opportunity with a respected and growing civil construction contractor serving projects throughout New Hampshire and Massachusetts. Our client is known for maintaining a strong team environment, steady work, and high-quality commercial sitework projects.

We are seeking hardworking Construction Laborers to join crews on large commercial job sites in the Bedford, NH area. This is a great opportunity for individuals looking to build a long-term career in civil construction and site development.

Responsibilities:

• Assist crews with commercial sitework and dirt work projects
• Shovel, rake, and move materials around active job sites
• Support heavy equipment operators and foremen as needed
• Help maintain safe, clean, and organized work areas
• Load/unload materials and tools
• Perform general labor duties to keep projects moving efficiently

Qualifications:

• Prior construction or labor experience preferred
• Experience working on commercial or civil job sites is a plus
• Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions
• Strong work ethic and willingness to learn
• Ability to lift heavy materials and perform physical labor
• Reliable transportation required

Compensation & Benefits:

• $22–$25/hr depending on experience
