You’re ready to take the lead on a landmark $50 million luxury estate project in Miami, representing the highest standards in custom home construction. This is a full-time, field-based role with a respected builder that exclusively builds ground-up, high-end single-family homes in South Florida’s most exclusive neighborhoods for the world's elite owners and design teams.
You’ll be empowered to run the site from preconstruction through final handover, collaborating directly with executive leadership, design, and the project management team. DO YOU HAVE WHAT IT TAKES?
- Minimum 15 years of experience in high-end residential construction, including at least 5 years in a Lead Superintendent role
- Proven success managing ground-up luxury home projects of $25 million or more
- Strong technical knowledge of structural systems, materials, finish standards, and sequencing
- Proficient in Procore (or similar software), with the ability to document, report, and forecast effectively
- Organized, proactive, and committed to delivering excellence in every detail
- Experienced in managing subcontractors and suppliers in a clean, professional jobsite environment
- Confident working in premier South Florida neighborhoods with high client expectations
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
-Project Leadership & Field Oversight
- Lead all on-site activities from preconstruction through final handover
- Oversee daily site operations to maintain schedule, budget, and luxury-level execution
- Supervise subcontractors, vendors, and field personnel
- Collaborate closely with executive leadership, design, and project management for seamless delivery
-Quality Assurance
- Enforce strict quality control protocols and perform regular site walks
- Ensure work is built to plan and detail with zero compromises on craftsmanship
- Manage punch list process through to perfect completion
-Schedule & Workflow Management
- Build and manage detailed construction schedules and trade sequencing
- Monitor progress daily and adjust proactively to maintain momentum
- Provide consistent updates to stakeholders and anticipate timeline challenges
-Safety & Compliance
- Maintain a clean, OSHA-compliant, hazard-free jobsite
- Lead site safety meetings and enforce subcontractor compliance
- Ensure timely inspections, permitting, and regulatory coordination
-Client Communication & Experience
- Act as the primary on-site contact for the client
- Keep them informed, supported, and confident in project progress
- Address concerns with care and professionalism throughout the build
-Reporting & Documentation
- Utilize Procore or similar for:
- Daily jobsite reports with subcontractor activity, weather, and progress
- Jobsite photo uploads for visual tracking and ownership/client updates
- 2-week look-ahead schedules to forecast and coordinate upcoming work
- Tracking inspections, deliveries, permits, and changes in real time
-Logistics & Material Coordination
- Oversee jobsite logistics including delivery timing, staging, and equipment usage
- Work with procurement and vendors to align lead times and material readiness
- Troubleshoot and resolve logistics issues to keep the project on track
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
- Experience building in South Florida’s premier coastal communities or equal throughout the world
- OSHA certification and advanced field safety credentials
- Knowledge of Florida building codes, inspections, and permit processes
- Background in framing, carpentry, or other skilled trades a plus

COMPENSATION
- Base Salary: $200-250k (Plus bonus)
