We’re a local builder hiring a dependable and capable Construction Lead to take charge of our siding projects and lead a dedicated crew. Responsibilities: • Lead and supervise a siding crew on residential construction projects. • Ensure proper measurement, cutting, and installation of siding materials. • Review blueprints and specifications to guide installations. • Maintain a safe, clean, and efficient job site. • Inspect work for accuracy, quality, and compliance with codes. • Train and mentor crew members to boost efficiency and craftsmanship. • Track progress, communicate with supervisors, and report material needs. Qualifications: • A high school diploma or GED is preferred • 3+ years of siding installation experience (lead/foreman experience preferred). • Strong knowledge of siding materials, tools, and installation techniques. • Proven ability to manage and motivate a crew. • Ability to read blueprints and follow technical plans, lift 50+ pounds. • Commitment to safety, quality, and teamwork. • Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation. Compensation: $26 - $30+ hourly
