Help Homeowners Take Back Control of Their Homes — Without Living in Litigation At Wyman Legal Solutions, we represent homeowners facing some of the most stressful and emotionally exhausting experiences of their lives: nightmare renovation and construction projects gone wrong. Clients come to us when their homes are unfinished, their contractors have disappeared, budgets have exploded, deadlines have collapsed, and their lives have been thrown into chaos. They are overwhelmed, anxious, angry, exhausted — and they need someone who can calmly step in, take control, and guide them toward resolution. We are seeking an experienced Florida construction litigation attorney to handle our fast-paced pre-suit matters, which the Firm handles on a flat-fee basis. It will be measured by outcomes, efficiency, decisiveness, client satisfaction, and your ability to help homeowners regain control over their homes, finances, and lives. If you enjoy solving problems, moving quickly, thinking strategically, doing meaningful, high-impact work, and being the steady hand clients rely on during difficult situations - but no longer want your life consumed by litigation warfare and billable hours - this is the perfect role for you.
