A leading mission-critical infrastructure project in Cartersville seeks a Construction Logistics Coordinator to manage materials flow and site operations for a multi-phase hyperscale data center campus. This Project Manager/Construction Logistics Coordinator will use Procore and Veyor to orchestrate deliveries, equipment access, and subcontractor movements across a 126-acre construction site.

Key Responsibilities – Construction Logistics Coordinator
- Centralize and schedule deliveries, hoist bookings, waste removal, and equipment access using Veyor or similar logistics platforms (Motive, Samsara, Verizon Connect)
- Coordinate daily site logistics with general contractors, subcontractors, and vendors to maintain project timelines
- Manage materials tracking and inventory control through Procore project management software
- Resolve scheduling conflicts and logistics bottlenecks to prevent delays on mission-critical construction activities
- Maintain accurate logs of site movements, delivery schedules, and equipment usage in Microsoft Suite and project software
Qualifications – Construction Logistics Coordinator
- 3–6 years of construction project coordination or logistics management experience
- Demonstrated proficiency with Procore construction management software
- Experience with Veyor logistics platform, or similar tools such as Motive, Samsara, or Verizon Connect
- Strong command of Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook, Project)
- Excellent organizational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities in fast-paced environments
Preferred Qualifications – Project Manager Construction Logistics
- Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Logistics, Supply Chain, or related field
- Data center, mission-critical, or large-scale infrastructure construction experience
- Familiarity with multi-phase project environments and high-value construction operations
- OSHA 10 or OSHA 30 certification
- Valid driver's license with clean driving record
Physical Requirements – Construction Logistics Coordinator
- Frequent walking on uneven surfaces and active construction sites in varying weather conditions
- Ability to stand and walk for extended periods throughout the workday
- Occasional lifting and moving of materials up to 25 pounds
- Climbing stairs, bending, stooping, and reaching as needed to inspect site conditions
- Work primarily on-site in Cartersville with outdoor exposure to heat, cold, dust, and construction noise
