- Project Administrator for Change Order Management – capable of tracking submittals, RFI logs, and change order documentation.
- Two MEP Assistant Project Managers – with systems coordination and strong follow-through in the field.
- Shell Superintendent – Steel Structure – overseeing erection, sequencing, and structural trades.
- Superintendents – Interiors, MEP, Building Apron – with relevant experience in high-traffic, regulated environments.
- Superintendent – General Services – for construction of dual metal outparcel buildings on an active site.
YOU WOULD BE RESPONSIBLE FOR
- Coordinating scopes in complex, occupied or regulated jobsite environments.
- Maintaining daily project documentation and supporting cost and change control processes.
- Driving project schedules, managing trade partners, and enforcing safety.
- Communicating effectively with owners, consultants, and your internal team.
- Maintaining quality control and holding others accountable to plans and specifications.
- Supporting the team with a leadership mindset—or learning how to do so if you’re just starting.
