We seek a meticulous, thorough, and organized Construction Project Manager to join our growing team in the Commercial Building Restoration division. You will be responsible for planning, budgeting, scheduling, and coordinating all aspects of restoration projects, while maintaining compliance with safety standards and delivering results that align with a commitment to excellence.
[Duties ]
- Lead and oversee complex restoration projects from inception to completion, ensuring exceptional quality, safety, and client satisfaction
- Review and interpret project specifications, drawings, and contracts
- Coordinate and manage all projects, and activities, including scheduling, budgeting, and quality control
[Requirements ]- Minimum education level of a bachelor’s degree in construction management, civil engineering, or a related field
- The ideal candidate will have at least 3-5 years of experience with Commercial Restoration Project Management
- Experience with Specialty Contractors or a "Self-Performing" contractor
[Details ]- Pay Rage: $115k to $130k + potential annual bonus opportunity (25%-30% of salary)

- Project Managers are expected to be in office 40% of the time
