• You are experienced at managing ground-up luxury custom home projects
• You are a qualified Project Manager in the luxury residential custom home market and want to elevate your experience
• You have excellent problem-solving abilities and the ability to proactively identify and mitigate potential risks and challenges

DO YOU HAVE WHAT IT TAKES

• A bachelor’s degree in construction management, civil engineering, or a related field or equivalent combination of training and experience
• Experience managing residential projects from inception to close-out, preferably on the luxury side and from ground up
• The ability to expedite solving problems in a fast-paced environment
• Logistical, supervisory and project management skills
• Strong communication skills and ability to coordinate subcontractors and maintain high standards of work quality.

COMPENSATION

• Competitive compensation package, with a base salary range up to $150,000 per year (commensurate with experience)
