As a Construction Manager at Imagination Homes, you’ll be the driving force behind delivering beautifully built homes on time, on budget, and up to our high standards of excellence.

What You'll Do:

• Oversee all phases of home construction, ensuring each home meets Imagination Homes’ quality standards and is delivered on schedule and within budget.
• Coordinate and manage subcontractors, suppliers, and inspections to maintain a safe, clean, and compliant job site.
• Communicate regularly with homebuyers, Sales, and Warranty teams to provide updates, set expectations, and ensure a positive experience from start to finish.
• Review blueprints, construction documents, and job scopes to resolve issues and support trade partners effectively.
• Manage materials, scheduling, budgets, and variance reports to keep every project running smoothly.
• Lead by example: coaching trade partners, mentoring team members, and maintaining a strong, solution-oriented jobsite culture.

Qualifications

• Proven knowledge of residential construction processes, scheduling, and trade management.
• Excellent communication, problem-solving, and leadership skills with a collaborative mindset.
• Strong organizational and time management abilities with the capacity to handle multiple projects simultaneously.
• A hands-on, detail-driven approach and the ability to hold partners accountable for quality and safety standards.
• Computer literacy and comfort with construction management systems.
• Integrity, urgency, and professionalism in every interaction with homeowners, trades, and teammates.
