We are a growing construction & service-based company seeking a Qualifying Manager with an active California B-Contractor license to oversee operations, maintain compliance with state contracting requirements, and support the expansion of our structural & general contracting division. This role is essential to our continued development, and we are looking for someone who values integrity, organization, leadership, and technical excellence.

Role & Responsibilities

Serve as Qualifying Individual for the company under an active CA B License

Oversee jobsite documentation, compliance, and project execution

Manage field teams, safety protocols

Contribute to project planning, scheduling, and quality control

Ensure adherence to California Building Code, industry standards, OSHA and CSLB policies

Provide professional oversight to ensure workmanship and customer satisfaction

Required Qualifications

Must hold an active California B-General Building Contractor License

Compensation Package

Per project salary based on project involvement. Negotiable.
