SERVPRO® Team Spinner is looking for a Construction Project Manager to join our growing Construction Division.     About Us Our Construction Division is responsible for rebuilding and restoring both residential and commercial properties following water, fire, or mold damage. This division currently manages more than $4 million in annual revenue and continues to grow year over year.

    Position Summary As a Construction Project Manager, you will oversee all phases of assigned construction projects—from initial planning through execution and final closeout. You will be accountable for managing project scope, schedule, budget, subcontractor performance, and quality control to ensure successful project delivery.

    You will collaborate closely with Project Coordinators, Subcontractors, and In-House Technicians, as well as interface with property owners and insurance representatives.

    Primary Responsibilities

    Manage assigned reconstruction projects from initiation through completion, ensuring delivery on time, within budget, and to quality standards.

    Coordinate with all project stakeholders, including internal staff, subcontractors, property owners, and insurance adjusters.

    Maintain compliance with applicable building codes, safety regulations, and permitting requirements.

    Proactively identify and resolve project risks and obstacles, maintaining momentum toward completion.

    Monitor and communicate project progress, issuing regular updates to internal leadership and external stakeholders.

    Review and manage project documentation including contracts, change orders, schedules, and closeout packages.

    Foster a team-oriented environment that promotes accountability, professionalism, and continuous improvement.

    Qualifications and Skills

    Proven experience as a Construction Project Manager, Site Supervisor, or equivalent role in residential and/or light commercial construction.

    Strong understanding of construction methods, job sequencing, and quality assurance practices.

    Excellent communication and leadership skills; able to manage diverse teams and build strong relationships.

    Proficient in managing budgets and cost controls.

    Familiar with state/local codes, permitting processes, and OSHA standards.

    Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and manage multiple projects simultaneously in a high-demand environment.

    At least 1 year experience with industry-standard estimating tools (e.g., Xactimate®, Symbility®) is a must.

    Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus.

    Must possess a valid driver's license with a clean driving record.

    Must live within 30 minutes of our office location.

    Working Hours This is a full-time position, Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM. Occasional evening, weekend, or overtime work may be required based on project needs.
