Construction Manager / Restoration Project Manager

As a trusted provider of disaster restoration and reconstruction services, we are there when property owners need us most. We are seeking an experienced Construction Manager / Restoration Project Manager to oversee residential and commercial reconstruction projects from planning through completion.
This is a hands-on leadership position for an experienced construction professional who can manage multiple projects, lead subcontractors and crews, control costs, maintain schedules, and take ownership of results.
Key Responsibilities
Manage construction and restoration projects from pre-construction through final closeout
Oversee daily jobsite operations, subcontractors, crews, and vendors
Develop and maintain project schedules, timelines, and budgets
Monitor costs, approve change orders, and track project profitability
Ensure compliance with OSHA requirements, applicable building codes, safety procedures, and quality standards
Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, inspectors, subcontractors, vendors, and internal teams
Conduct jobsite meetings, inspections, and project progress reviews
Identify and resolve field issues proactively to keep projects moving and on schedule
Coordinate materials, equipment, labor, and multiple trades for restoration and reconstruction projects
Maintain accurate project documentation and communicate project status to appropriate stakeholders
Qualifications
5+ years of experience in construction management, reconstruction, project management, or construction supervision
Experience with insurance restoration, disaster recovery, residential construction, or commercial construction preferred
Strong leadership, communication, and subcontractor management skills
Ability to read and interpret blueprints, scopes of work, and construction specifications
Working knowledge of OSHA requirements and construction safety practices
Proven ability to manage multiple trades, projects, priorities, and fast-moving timelines
Strong organizational, problem-solving, and decision-making skills
Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management or a related field preferred
OSHA, PMP, or CCM certification is a plus
