As a trusted leader in disaster restoration and reconstruction services, we respond when property owners need us most. We are seeking an experienced Construction Manager / Reconstruction Project Manager to lead residential and commercial rebuild projects from planning through completion. This is a high-impact leadership role for a hands-on construction professional who thrives in fast-paced environments and takes ownership of results.

Key Responsibilities

Manage construction and reconstruction projects from pre-construction through final closeout

Oversee daily jobsite operations, crews, subcontractors, and vendors

Develop and maintain project schedules, timelines, and budgets

Control costs, approve change orders, and track project profitability

Ensure compliance with OSHA safety standards, building codes, and quality standards

Serve as primary point of contact for clients, inspectors, and internal teams

Lead jobsite meetings, inspections, and progress reporting

Proactively resolve field issues to keep projects on schedule

Coordinate materials, equipment, and labor for restoration and rebuild projects

Preferred Qualifications

5+ years of experience in construction management, reconstruction, or project supervision

Experience in insurance restoration, disaster recovery, or commercial/residential construction

Strong leadership and subcontractor management skills

Ability to read blueprints, scopes of work, and construction specifications

Working knowledge of OSHA regulations and safety best practices

Experience managing multiple trades and fast-moving timelines

Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management or related field a plus

OSHA 30, PMP, or CCM certification a plus
