Vector Talent Solutions is partnering with Quanta Government Solutions to identify an experienced Construction Manager II to support critical infrastructure and government construction projects.

This role is ideal for a strong construction leader with experience in:

• field execution
• subcontractor management
• project controls
• safety and compliance
• federal/government construction environments

Key highlights:

• Remote-based role
• 30–50% travel required
• Oversees project delivery, schedules, budgets, QA/QC, and subcontractors
• Strong preference for experience with federal sites, DOE/NNSA, FAR/DFARS, and regulated project environments
• OSHA 30 required
• Ability to obtain/maintain federal site access or clearance required
