    Job Summary

    We are seeking an experienced Office Administrator to join our team. In this role, you will optimize the operational systems and processes of the company, manage payroll, administrative and compliance duties, vendors and records. The ideal candidate is organized, has an analytical mind, a functional understanding of business and financial principles.

    Responsibilities

    Oversee all operational aspects of the business

    Manage spending records and job records

    Complete HR duties including payroll, insurance audits/reporting, and compliance records

    Manage email accounts and correspondence with vendors, contractors, and agents

    Ensure the organization is compliant with all applicable regulatory requirements including licenses and certifications

    Examine financial data and budgets and create financial forecasts

    Data entry and compilation

    Must have knowledge of or ability to learn construction trade terminology

    Qualifications

    Knowledge of Construction trade terminology preferred

    Previous experience as an Operations Manager, Administrative Manager, or similar management field is preferred

    Deep understanding of organizational operations

    Must be capable of working independently with little to no supervision

    50 wpm typing skill

    Microsoft Office

    Ability to analyze financial data and create budgets and financial forecasts

    Excellent verbal and written communication

    Knowledge of sound business practices and financial principle
