This role coordinates insurance claims, subcontractors, and project schedules while supporting our construction team.
Responsibilities
Manage project documentation and files
Review estimates and subcontractor invoices
Coordinate subcontractor schedules
Communicate with insurance carriers and project managers
Assist with collections on past-due accounts
Training provided.
Requirements
Bilingual Spanish / English (required)
Strong organization and communication skills
Computer skills
Detail oriented
Basic knowledge of residential construction
Ability to meet deadlines and work in a fast-paced office
