Construction Operations Administrator — THE CONTROL TOWER

💲 $26–$30/hour + Performance Bonus

This is the person who keeps the company running.

You will coordinate clients, subcontractors, project managers, and insurance adjusters while controlling scheduling, documentation, and billing.

RESPONSIBILITIES

Schedule trades, crews, and inspections

Confirm subcontractors daily

Prevent project downtime

Track job progress in real time

Update clients and insurance adjusters

Maintain compliant job files

Prepare invoices and payment request

Track draw schedule compliance
