    • Anticipated salary: $200,000 - $250,000 base, plus discretionary performance bonus.

    Responsibilities

    • Provide strategic direction and oversee project execution for timely completion and financial performance.
    • Manage resources, optimize processes, and coordinate with teams/subcontractors.
    • Monitor progress, resolve issues, ensure safety/compliance, and analyze data for improvements.
    • Oversee bid analysis, subcontractor buy-out, and participate in corporate strategic planning.
    • Interview and hire operations personnel.

    Qualifications

    • Bachelor's degree in building construction or civil engineering required.
    • Minimum 15 years of construction experience.
    • Expertise managing all project divisions (architectural, civil, structural, mechanical, electrical).
    • Strong communication, technical writing, conflict resolution, organizational, and multitasking skills.
    • Understanding of financial accounting systems.
