Recruiter: Bloom Talent Solutions is proud to partner with a high-end residential landscape construction company seeking a Construction Operations Manager to bring structure, discipline, and executional clarity to its growing construction division. Known for craftsmanship and design excellence, the organization is ready for an operations leader who can own field execution and elevate production standards.

This is an execution-first leadership role responsible for planning, scheduling, and coordinating high-end residential construction projects. You will act as the single point of ownership for construction operations — allowing ownership to step out of daily firefighting and focus on strategic growth.

This is not a sales role.
This is not a design position.
This is a leadership role built around execution, accountability, and pride in finished work.

Key Responsibilities:

• Own day-to-day execution of all residential construction projects
  
• Plan and sequence work across multiple crews and concurrent builds
  
• Set and manage weekly and daily production schedules
• Ensure projects are built according to plans, layout, and specifications
• Lead and coordinate field crews and foremen
  
• Establish clear expectations around pace, quality, and accountability
  
• Review scopes and plans prior to job start to reduce rework
  
• Coordinate material ordering, delivery timing, and staging
  
• Identify bottlenecks and adjust schedules proactively
  
• Serve as the operational bridge between estimating, purchasing, and field teams
  
• Maintain jobsite discipline and uphold craftsmanship standards

Qualifications:

• Residential landscape construction experience (required)
• Proven experience managing multiple crews and concurrent projects
• Strong understanding of layout, sequencing, and jobsite logistics
• Hands-on field leadership background
• Highly organized and comfortable enforcing structure
• Calm under pressure and proactive in solving issues

Compensation and Benefits:

• Base Salary: $80,000–$90,000
• Bonus: Production-based incentive tied to margin and execution quality
