This position is ideal for a hands-on construction owner and should have very strong knowledge of multiple construction trades to be able to train and develop crews and crew supervisors as needed. Responsibilities: • Manage and execute construction projects from planning to completion. • Ensure each job is completed on schedule with a goal of zero punch items. • Build and maintain strong client relationships, ensuring high customer satisfaction. • Track project progress, provide daily updates, and address delays with leadership. • Supervise crews and subcontractors, ensuring quality workmanship. Qualifications: • Must be focused on building relationships with customers and customer representatives while consistently providing a positive outlook even through stressful situations. • Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook. • Strong working knowledge of construction terms, estimating, scheduling, and skilled in reading and understanding construction documents. • Be able to accurately measure sites and complete take-offs • Exemplary leadership skills with the ability to develop and train teams. Compensation: $65,000 - $80,000
