* Supervise and mentor plumbing tradespeople, assigning tasks and ensuring high-quality workmanship.
* Coordinate with project managers, general contractors, and other trades to maintain seamless workflow and on-time project delivery.
* Oversee rough-in, fixture installation, piping, and fitting of water, waste, and vent systems per blueprints and specifications.
* Conduct inspections and testing (pressure tests, leak checks) to verify system integrity and compliance with building codes.
* Monitor on-site materials and equipment needs, placing orders to prevent delays.
* Maintain accurate daily logs, time sheets, and progress reports for foreman and management review.
* Enforce safety protocols and OSHA regulations on the jobsite.
* Ensure all work adheres to National and Texas plumbing codes and company quality standards.
* Current Journeyman or Master plumbing license in Texas.
* Minimum of 2 years’ experience in a plumbing foreman or lead role on commercial construction sites.
* Proficient reading and interpreting blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings.
* Solid understanding of commercial plumbing systems, materials, and installation techniques.
* Valid Texas driver’s license with a clean driving record.
* Ability to pass a background check and drug screening.
* Strong communication and leadership skills, with a commitment to team development.
