What You'll Do:

• Analyze architectural plans and project documents to prepare accurate estimates.

• Engage with manufacturers and vendors to secure competitive pricing.

• Collaborate with project managers and sales teams to ensure project goals are met.

• Maintain organized records of bids and proposals.

• Conduct on-site visits to assess project requirements and progress.

What We're Looking For:

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel.

• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

• Ability to interpret construction documents and plans.

• Excellent communication skills for interacting with vendors and clients.

• Previous experience in estimating, sales, or construction administration is a plus.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience in construction, landscaping, or site development projects.

• Familiarity with estimating software or take-off tools.

• Background in sales or customer service.
