We’re Kitchen & Bath Tune-Up of Bloomfield, NJ — a fast-growing, family-owned remodeling company backed by a national franchise. We’re seeking a reliable, detail-oriented Assistant Project & Office Manager to help coordinate projects and support the daily operations of our showroom, crews, and customer journey.
💼 What You'll Do
In this blended office and field-facing role, you’ll support our Project Manager, General Manager, sales team, and subcontractors to keep our remodeling jobs on time, on budget, and on point. You’ll manage calendars, vendors, schedules, client updates, and project systems — all while ensuring a smooth, professional, and friendly experience for our clients.
🔧 Key Responsibilities
Track project timelines and assist with material ordering, deliveries, and vendor communication
Schedule appointments and installations, coordinating with clients and crews
Maintain accurate updates in CRM
Conduct daily job progress check-ins and report on quality control
Respond to client inquiries and assist with post-project reviews and photo requests
Manage showroom operations
Prepare weekly sales meeting materials and submit reports
Identify inefficiencies in workflows and propose improvements

Pay Range – $22–$25/hr depending on experience
