    • They are seeking a Construction Project Assistant (internally titled Design Coordinator) to utilize Autodesk Revit to support Project Managers in all phases of project delivery, from pre-construction through closeout, with a focus on ensuring design accuracy, constructability, and seamless coordination between disciplines. They are seeking a proactive, organized individual with a commitment to accuracy, quality, and teamwork. Fluency in Autodesk Revit BIM software and understanding of construction principles is key for this 100% in-office role, 7am-4pm, Monday - Friday

    Responsibilities:

    • Review project plans, specifications, and Revit models
    • Assist in the development of project schedules & budgets
    • Prepare and track submittals & RFI's (Requests for Information
    • Help coordinate pre-construction meetings and site investigations
    • Research and analyze technical data and vendor information
    • Lead the review and analysis & development of project Revit models
    • Assist Project Manager in the day-to-day management of projects
    • Track project progress and identify potential deviations from the schedule
    • Facilitate the coordination of subcontractors and suppliers
    • Conduct in-depth reviews of shop drawings within Revit
    • Prepare and distribute project status reports
    • Assist in the management of change orders
    • Assist in the management of RFIs and associated responses
    • Monitor on-site construction activities to ensure adherence to plans
    • Coordinate and manage the exchange of Revit models and related info
    • Track and update as-built conditions within the Revit model
    • Provide technical support to the project team and field personnel
    • Assist in the investigation and resolution of project issues
    • Research and recommend solutions to technical challenges
    • Assist in the implementation and enforcement of quality control
    • Maintain organized and accurate project files and documentation
    • Lead the preparation of as-built drawings and project closeout documents
    • Develop a strong understanding of the specific technical requirements
    • Learn about relevant industry standards.
    • Lead the coordination with specialized vendors
    • Utilize advanced Revit skills for specialty construction
    • Assist in ensuring compliance with all safety regulations

    Qualifications:

    • Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering (Mechanical, Civil, Electrical, or related), Architecture, or a relevant technical field preferred
    • Fluent in Autodesk Revit - including model navigation, clash detection, and drawing production
    • Basic understanding of other CAD software (e.g., AutoCAD, Rhino 3D, Solidworks) is a plus
    • Clear understanding of construction principles, methods, materials & equipment is important (knowing how it all works/ goes together)
    • Ability to read and interpret blueprints, specifications, and Revit models
    • Familiarity with project management software (e.g., Autodesk Build or Microsoft Project).
    • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
    • Strong computer skills and ability to learn new software
    • Ability to work independently and as part of a team within a BIM framework

    Compensation:

    • Base salary in the 65k - 85k/year range (flexible dependent on experience)
