We’re looking for a detail-oriented and client-focused Residential Construction Project Coordinator to help bring clients’ visions to life. As a Project Coordinator, you’ll be the go-to guide for homeowners throughout their remodeling journey. You’ll keep projects on track by managing schedules, budgets, materials, and communication between clients, trade partners, and the Fine Point Homes team. This role requires someone who is equally skilled at handling details and delivering a seamless, stress-free experience for clients. Compensation: • Salary Range - $60,000 - $70,000 • Paid time off and holidays • Professional growth opportunities • A supportive, team-oriented environment where craftsmanship and client service are valued Responsibilities: • Serve as the primary point of contact for homeowners during their remodel • Lead weekly client meetings to review project progress, next steps, and decision points • Participate in managing and updating project schedules in Buildertrend to ensure accuracy and accountability • Order, track, and verify materials for quality and accuracy • Oversee budgets, track costs, and identify savings or overages • Order, track, and verify materials for quality and accuracy • Ensure jobsites are clean, safe, and aligned with Fine Point Homes’ craftsmanship standards • Manage the receiving of project fixtures and materials. Maintain and organize the warehouse Qualifications: • 2+ years of experience in residential construction or project coordination • Strong organizational and project management skills • Ability to read and interpret blueprints and construction documents • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a client-first mindset • Proficiency with web-based project management tools and Microsoft Excel • A proactive, professional, and detail-oriented approach Compensation: $60,000 - $70,000
