    Horizon Luxury Homes | Lake Oconee, Lake Sinclair & Madison, GA Horizon Luxury Homes is a high-end custom home builder serving the Lake Oconee and Lake Sinclair areas. We are looking for a highly organized, detail-oriented Construction Project Coordinator to support our growing operation and help manage projects from pre-construction through completion. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys working with people, and wants to be involved in the full lifecycle of custom home building. Responsibilities: What You’ll Do Pre-Construction & Budgeting • Gather and organize subcontractor and vendor bids • Assist in developing and tracking project budgets • Maintain cost tracking spreadsheets and job cost reports • Support the permitting process and required documentation Project Coordination • Schedule subcontractors and manage project timelines • Communicate with trades and vendors to keep projects moving • Track progress and proactively identify delays • Support the builder and superintendent with day-to-day operations Compliance & Risk Management • Track subcontractor insurance (COIs) and ensure active coverage • Monitor expiration dates and maintain compliance records • Issue and collect lien waivers • Keep organized and accurate project documentation Accounting & Administration • Process invoices using QuickBooks • Match invoices to budgets and job costs • Maintain vendor records and financial organization Marketing & Business Support • Assist with outreach letters for prospecting and lead generation • Support client communication and follow-ups • Maintain contact database Qualifications: What We’re Looking For • Strong organizational and time management skills • Close attention to detail • Clear and professional communication skills • Ability to manage multiple projects at once • Self-starter with a problem-solving mindset • Experience with QuickBooks or similar software Preferred Experience • Residential construction or custom home building • Working with subcontractors and vendors • Permitting and construction documentation • Job costing or budgeting Compensation: $20 - $28 hourly
