The Construction Project Coordinator oversees daily business logistics, streamlines workflows, and supports project teams to ensure projects are delivered efficiently and successfully. This role is responsible for scheduling, resource allocation, process documentation, and tracking project progress to maintain organization and accountability. The coordinator also assists with job site oversight, facilitates communication across departments, and serves as a client-facing point of contact to ensure a seamless experience. Responsibilities: • Coordinate daily business logistics to ensure smooth and efficient operations. • Support project teams by facilitating clear communication and collaboration across departments. • Schedule and allocate resources effectively to meet project timelines and budget requirements. • Maintain accurate documentation and track project progress to ensure transparency and accountability. • Oversee job sites to uphold safety standards and ensure quality control. • Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, building strong relationships and maintaining trust throughout the project lifecycle. • Ensure all permits, inspections, and regulatory requirements are properly managed and documented. • Coordinate with subcontractors and vendors to ensure timely performance and quality standards. Qualifications: • Experience coordinating construction projects with a focus on on-time, on-budget delivery. • Strong knowledge of construction methods, building codes, and industry best practices. • Proven ability to manage inventory and oversee supply logistics effectively. • Highly organized with experience in maintaining project reports, invoices, and financial documentation. • Excellent communication skills to support cross-functional collaboration and vendor relationships. • Ability to track operational data, conduct audits, and ensure compliance with company policies and safety standards. • Proficient in project management software for scheduling, resource allocation, and documentation. • Minimum of 3 years of residential construction experience. • Minimum of 3 years of construction project management experience.
