Construction Project Coordinator

Eden Prairie, MN | Direct Hire | $55k-75k

Konik is partnered witha family-owned design/build commercial general contractor, to add a Project Coordinator to their growing team in the west metro. With projects spanning multiple commercial markets across the region, they’re seeking a detail-oriented and motivated professional to support project teams throughout the full construction lifecycle. This office-based role is ideal for someone who enjoys owning details, supporting the Project Management scope.

Construction Project Coordinator Responsibilities:

• Support commercial construction projects from preconstruction through closeout, keeping documentation, schedules, and workflows on track
• Manage all project documentation including drawings, contracts, change orders, submittals, RFIs, permits, invoices, and closeout materials
• Assist with subcontractor buyout, bid leveling, contract preparation, and commitment tracking
• Support project financials including cost tracking, margin projections, change order logs, and invoice review
• Coordinate with owners, subcontractors, design teams, and municipalities, including schedule management, meetings, and inspections
• Participate in punch walks, closeout, occupancy turnover, and assist with proposals, business development efforts, and internal process improvements

Construction Project Coordinator Requirements:

• 2+ years of experience supporting construction projects; commercial GC experience preferred
• Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Business, or related field preferred
• Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Project) and Bluebeam; experience with Procore or AutoCAD is a plus
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines
• Clear communicator with a collaborative, team-oriented mindset
• Analytical problem-solver who takes initiative and ownership
