    Job Location

    This position is based in Sacramento, California. The role is 100% in office.

    Qualifications

    Mandatory Experience: A minimum of 5 years of experience in commercial construction administration or a related field is required.

    Skills: Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook). Ability to read and understand construction drawings and specifications.

    Software Proficiency: Experience with project management software (e.g., Procore, MS Project).

    Certifications: Not required, but certifications related to project management or construction estimating are a plus.

    Responsibilities

    The Project Coordinator will be entrusted with a variety of responsibilities that facilitate the successful completion of assigned projects, including but not limited to:

    Coordinate project administration, ensuring all necessary paperwork (contracts, permits, insurance, etc.) is processed efficiently.

    Manage and update project and estimation databases, ensuring accuracy and accessibility of information.

    Liaise with project stakeholders (clients, subcontractors, suppliers) to ensure smooth communication and project progress.

    Support project managers and the estimating team with administrative tasks, reporting, and schedule management.

    Salary and Benefits

    We offer a competitive salary range of $60,000 to $75,000 per year, depending on experience. Our comprehensive benefits package includes 401k, medical, dental, vision, and life insurance.
