  • Responsibilities

    We are seeking a Project Engineer/Coordinator to join the team in a hybrid office and field-based capacity. This role partners closely with Project Management to keep projects organized, on track, and well-documented, making it an excellent opportunity for someone looking to grow into a future Project Manager role.

    What You'll Do as the Project Engineer/Coordinator:

    • Support project setup, execution, and closeout alongside the Project Manager
    • Assist with developing project estimates, budgets, and cost tracking
    • Maintain accurate project documentation within project management systems
    • Track project progress and ensure records are current and complete
    • Coordinate submittals, RFIs, and documentation with clients and internal teams
    • Communicate updates to stakeholders and support ongoing client relationships
    • Execute change orders and support financial alignment of projects
    • Maintain organized project files, logs, and closeout documentation
    • Identify project issues and escalate when appropriate

    Must-Haves as the Project Engineer:

    • Experience in construction project coordination, project engineering, or estimating support
    • Ability to read and interpret construction drawings and documents
    • Familiarity with project management or construction software systems
    • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
    • Solid numerical and analytical ability
    • Clear and professional communication skills
    • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
    • Collaborative mindset with strong relationship-building skills

    Nice-to-Haves as the Project Engineer:

    • Exposure to estimating or budgeting processes
    • Experience supporting change orders and cost tracking
    • Interest in growing into a Project Manager role
    • Prior experience working in both office and field environments
