Responsibilities:
Assist in the development and maintenance of project schedules.
Coordinate with architects, engineers, subcontractors, and vendors.
Track and manage RFIs, submittals, and change orders.
Collaborate with design teams to ensure constructability and value engineering.
Review drawings and specifications for accuracy and completeness.
Support preconstruction efforts including estimating and scope development.
Maintain project documentation including meeting minutes, logs, and reports.
Prepare and distribute weekly progress reports.
Ensure compliance with company standards and project requirements.
Conduct site visits to monitor progress and quality.
Assist with resolving field issues and coordinating solutions.
Support safety and quality control initiatives.
Utilize project management software (e.g., Procore, Bluebeam, MS Project).
Support BIM coordination and clash detection processes.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, Architecture, or related field.
1+ years of experience in construction or engineering, preferably in a design-build environment.
Strong understanding of construction drawings, specifications, and processes.
Proficiency in project management and design software.
