Responsibilities: Key Responsibilities: • Determine and define scope of work and deliverables • Predict resources needed to complete projects • Draft and submit budget based on scope of work and resource requirements • Manage costs in order to meet budget • Work closely with Project Manager and Superintendent to ensure seamless progress and clear communication across all parties • Provide direction over contracts and subcontracts • Familiarity with construction software like BuilderTrend • Experience using Microsoft Office software, like Outlook, Word, Excel, Teams • Manage construction schedule and activities • Manage submittal process • Issue progress updates as needed regarding costs and timelines • Ensure work is done in compliance with all relevant building and safety codes • Select and manage subcontractor and supplier relationships • Coordinate efforts across entire project between architects, designers, engineers, and subcontractors Qualifications: Qualifications & Experience • 5+ years of experience in commercial and multifamily renovations • Proven ability to assist with multiple high-value projects simultaneously • Strong knowledge of construction processes, scheduling, budgeting, and contract management • Ability to read and understand blueprints, technical drawings, and project specifications • Excellent problem-solving, leadership, and decision-making skills • Strong communication skills to effectively interact with clients, stakeholders, subcontractors and team • Experience in safety compliance (OSHA, fall protection, lifts, etc.) preferred • Proficiency in construction management software (we use BuilderTrend) and Microsoft Office Suite • Be “coachable” in your role and bring a growth mindset • Proficiency in English, both written and verbal, is required for effective communication with clients and team members • Bilingual would be a plus, not required • Must carry a valid driver's license and reliable vehicle to use daily • High school diploma or GED is required Compensation: $70,000 - $85,000 yearly
