Responsibilities: • Visit construction sites to obtain necessary client requirement information • Supply accurate and clear quantity takeoff information to provide a detailed list of materials and assess the total construction costs • Interface with the construction project manager to oversee and coordinate the bid process for vendors and subcontractors • Revisit previously submitted proposal and budgets with clients • Prepare estimates, written proposals, budgets, costs, and updates for clients and project managers Qualifications: • Analytical skills, critical thinking, and very strong math skills are essential • 3 years of experience in the construction industry - project estimating or construction management is necessary • Knowledge of data and risk analysis, research methodology, accounting, and estimation metrics is critical • A Bachelors’ degree in construction management, civil engineering, accounting, or a related field is required Compensation: $80,000
