    Heartland Construction is seeking an accomplished Project Executive to lead the delivery of a landmark four-story, $200M+ educational facility ****This individual will oversee all phases of the project - from late-state preconstruction through final completion-ensuring excellence in quality, schedule, and client satisfaction. The ideal candidate is a seasoned leader with a proven history of managing large, complex K-12 and higher education construction projects, bringing both technical expertise and a collaborative leadership approach to drive results through preconstruction, construction, and closeout.

    Candidates should have a minimum of 15 years of construction experience, including at least 10 years in a leadership role managing large-scale educational or institutional projects. Candidate should also have proven success delivering K-12 or higher education facilities exceeding $100M in value. In addition, candidate should possess a deep understanding of CMAR, Design-Build, and Design-Bid-Build delivery methods, along with a strong financial acumen, with a record of maintaining project budgets and controlling cost exposure. This position requires excellent leadership, communication, and negotiating skills. OSHA 30 certification and familiarity with BIM/VDC integration are highly desirable.

    The Project Executive will guide and mentor the project management and field leadership teams, ensuring alignment with Heartland Construction values and project objectives. Collaborate closely with design partners during late-stage design development and GMP finalization, champion safety, quality, and constructability throughout all phases of the project. Maintain a proactive approach to issue resolution, stakeholder communication, and client relationship management. And, contribute to Heartland's broader goals of excellence, innovation, and long-term client partnerships.
