Project Inspector

Salary: $80-100k/yr.

Requirements:

• 3-5 years of experience as an Assistant Project Manager, Assistant Superintedent and/or Project Inspector
• Must be available to be on-site daily
• Ability to inspect and monitor lead pipe replacement in residential properties. Ensure compliance with plans, specifications and safety standards
• Ability to oversee pavement restoration activities ensuring proper materials, compaction and finish quality
• Ability to document daily progress of contractors, prepare inspection reports and communicate findings to the supervisor
