Responsibilities: • Collaborate with clients, engineers, construction managers, and architects to determine the needed resources and scope of work, including necessary materials and expected labor required • Conduct business with external vendors, contractors, and critical subcontractors to negotiate profitable contracts • Manage general contractors and construction workers and give guidance as needed to ensure high-quality project performance • Comply with all best-practice health and safety standards to prevent injuries and slowdowns at construction sites, and promptly report any safety regulation issues • Calculate the cost estimate of all project tasks and accurately manage the project budget Qualifications: • College degree (Bachelor’s) in construction management, engineering, or another relevant field • Familiarity with construction project management software is highly valued • Excellent time-management, organizational, leadership, and communication skills • Completed training for OSHA 30 license • PMP certification is a plus Compensation: $55,000 - $75,000 yearly
