As we continue to grow, we are seeking an experienced Construction Project Manager to oversee and manage multiple projects from start to finish.

    Job Summary

    The Construction Project Manager will lead and coordinate all aspects of roofing and construction projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and to our high-quality standards. You will work closely with clients, subcontractors, suppliers, and internal teams to manage workflow, resolve issues, and maintain project momentum.

    Key Responsibilities

    Plan, organize, and manage all phases of construction and roofing projects from initiation through completion

    Develop and maintain project schedules and budgets

    Coordinate and supervise subcontractors, suppliers, and internal crews

    Conduct site visits and ensure compliance with safety regulations and quality standards

    Communicate regularly with clients, providing updates and addressing concerns

    Review and approve change orders, material orders, and project documentation

    Track project progress and prepare reports for senior management

    Ensure compliance with local building codes and permit requirements

    Qualifications

    3+ years of experience in construction or roofing project management

    Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously

    Strong knowledge of construction methods, scheduling, budgeting, and safety standards

    Excellent organizational and leadership skills

    Strong communication and interpersonal abilities

    Proficiency in project management software is a plus

    Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation required
