Position Overview
The Construction Project Manager oversees and coordinates multiple residential construction projects simultaneously, beginning at framing and continuing through final completion. This role ensures projects stay on schedule, meet HiLine’s quality standards, and provide exceptional homeowner satisfaction.
This position is highly field-based, requiring significant daily travel across Yakima, Kittitas, Chelan, Douglas, and surrounding regions. A company truck and cell phone are provided.

Key Responsibilities
Project Management & Scheduling
Oversee the full construction lifecycle from framing through final completion on multiple active home builds.
Create, maintain, and adjust schedules to support timely project progress.
Coordinate subcontractors, deliveries, and onsite activities to maintain workflow and meet deadlines.
Field Supervision & Heavy Travel
Travel frequently—often visiting multiple job sites per day across several counties.
Inspect completed work to verify compliance with plans, specifications, and HiLine quality expectations.
Identify issues early and take swift corrective action to prevent delays.
Quality Assurance & Safety
Lead inspections, walkthroughs, punch lists, and final sign-offs.
Enforce safety standards and ensure overall site cleanliness and organization.
Confirm subcontractors follow codes, manufacturer instructions, and project plans.
Communication & Client Relations
Serve as the primary construction contact for homeowners from framing to completion.
Provide regular updates and maintain excellent communication with clients, trades, suppliers, and the office team.
Document job progress through photos, notes, and scheduling updates in Buildertrend.
Risk Management & Problem Solving
Identify and mitigate potential delays, material issues, safety risks, and scheduling conflicts.
Ensure change orders are implemented correctly and reflected in the build.
Maintain accurate records and documentation to support accountability and transparency.
Qualifications
2–5 years of experience as a Construction Project Manager, superintendent, or related role in residential construction.
Strong knowledge of framing-to-finish sequencing, building codes, and subcontractor coordination.
Proficient with Microsoft 365; experience with Buildertrend or similar platforms preferred.
Ability to manage multiple job sites and priorities independently.
Valid driver's license and comfort with extensive regional travel.
