About the Role We are looking for an experienced and detail-oriented Tile & Stone Project Manager to join our team. In this role, you will oversee residential and/or commercial tile and stone projects from planning through completion, ensuring they are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

What You’ll Do

Manage all phases of tile and stone projects

Coordinate with clients, vendors, subcontractors, and internal teams

Define project scope, timelines, and material requirements

Negotiate and manage contracts with suppliers and subcontractors

Ensure compliance with building codes, permits, and safety regulations

Track project schedules, milestones, and budgets

Supervise field crews, installers, and subcontractors

Conduct site visits to monitor progress and quality control

Provide regular project updates to clients and management

Proactively identify issues and implement solutions

What We’re Looking For

Bilingual in Spanish

Proven experience as a Project Manager (tile/stone)

Strong knowledge of tile and stone installation methods and materials

Ability to read plans, specs, and construction documents

Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills

Strong organizational and time-management abilities

Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and project management software

Project Management certification is a plus
