You will: • Run weekly inspection cycles and turn findings into clear action plans. • Coordinate vendors and trades to complete work efficiently with fewer repeat visits. • Lead tenant improvements and capital projects from start to finish (scope, sequencing, timelines, materials). • Keep organized reporting in Rent Manager and deliver weekly updates. You have: • 3+ years in commercial maintenance and project coordination (multi-trade projects). • Strong organization, planning, and communication skills. Responsibilities: • Conduct regular inspections of commercial properties to identify maintenance needs and develop actionable plans. • Coordinate with vendors and tradespeople to ensure timely and efficient completion of maintenance tasks. • Lead tenant improvement projects, managing all phases from initial scope to final delivery. • Oversee capital improvement projects, ensuring adherence to timelines, budgets, and quality standards. • Maintain accurate records and reports in Rent Manager, providing weekly updates to stakeholders. • Develop and implement preventative maintenance schedules to minimize downtime and extend asset life. • Foster strong relationships with tenants, addressing maintenance concerns promptly and professionally.
