The Role:

We’re looking for a Construction Project Manager to oversee residential remodels, additions, and new builds. This role is responsible for ensuring projects run on time, on budget, and with top-tier craftsmanship, while keeping homeowners informed and satisfied.

What You’ll Do:

Client Communication

● Be the trusted point of contact for homeowners and designers, providing daily updates.

● Address questions, concerns, and feedback proactively.

● Conduct weekly walkthroughs to review progress, confirm details, and ensure satisfaction.

Project Management

● Maintain and update project schedules.

● Coordinate subcontractors, suppliers, and team members to keep projects on track.

● Oversee job site quality control and ensure work meets high standards.

● Review architectural, engineer, and design plans to ensure accurate execution.

● Attend key project meetings and assist with budgeting/invoicing.

● Embrace technology to streamline the production process using Jobtread, a comprehensive project management software.

Jobsite Oversight

● Conduct regular site inspections for cleanliness, safety, and organization.

● Ensure dust control, surface protection, and materials protection are in place.

● Manage job site security, waste disposal, and equipment storage.

● Maintain jobsite documentation with photos, videos, and internal updates.

Who You Are:

A proven construction professional with hands on skills, preferably 3+ years in residential construction. A strong communicator who keeps homeowners and teams aligned.

Organized and detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple moving parts efficiently.

A proactive problem-solver who can anticipate challenges and implement solutions.

Knowledgeable in construction processes, able to read plans and coordinate trades effectively. Trade technical experience is a plus!

Committed to quality, efficiency, and customer satisfaction.

Experience with Construction software (We use JobTread)
