The Project Manager is responsible for overseeing residential construction projects from production start through completion. This role requires strong organization, communication, and follow-through to ensure projects are completed safely, on time, and within scope. The Project Manager will coordinate crews, materials, schedules, and customer communication while working closely with the office and operations team. Responsibilities: • Manage multiple residential construction projects simultaneously • Coordinate labor crews, materials, and job schedules • Conduct pre-job planning and site coordination • Communicate project timelines, updates, and expectations with homeowners • Monitor job progress, quality, and safety • Identify and resolve issues such as delays, weather impacts, or change orders • Ensure job documentation, photos, and close-out requirements are completed • Work with office staff on scheduling, permits, and customer updates • Maintain professionalism with customers, vendors, and crews Qualifications: • Prior experience in construction or roofing project management preferred • Strong organizational and time-management skills • Clear and professional communication skills • Ability to manage multiple projects without losing details • Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment • Reliable transportation and a valid driver’s license • Basic proficiency with technology, email, and scheduling tools Compensation: $18 - $22 hourly
