Location: 301 Wells Fargo Dr. Houston, TX. 77090 – In Office Compensation: $40,000–$45,000 base salary + revenue-based performance bonus (total earning potential $50,000–$60,000+)

We’re looking for a Bilingual Construction project Manager to take charge of contractor coordination, scheduling, and client communication across our gutter installation projects. This is a leadership role for someone who thrives on accountability, organization, and keeping projects on track. You’ll be the point of contact between field crews, office staff, and clients—ensuring every job meets our quality standards.

Responsibilities

Oversee daily scheduling, logistics, and performance of gutter installation crews

Hold contractors accountable for timelines, workmanship, and compliance with company standards

Lead client communication in both English & Spanish, providing updates and resolving issues

Maintain detailed records, reports, and scheduling tools using Excel & Google Sheets

Implement process improvements to drive efficiency and support company growth

Requirements

Fluent in English & Spanish (written and spoken)

Strong computer skills (Excel and Google Sheets required)

Proven ability to manage people, projects, and deadlines with confidence

Prior construction or home services experience strongly preferred (gutter experience a plus)

Strong leadership, problem-solving, and communication skills

Compensation

Base Salary: $40,000–$45,000 per year (depending on experience)

Revenue-Based Bonus: Strong performance can add $6,000–$12,000 annually.
