Project Inspector/ Project Manager

Compensation dependent on experience.

Estimated Salary Range: $100k - $120k base

Our client is a construction project management agency that works with owners and construction management partners to build amazing structures that positively impact the community. We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Project Manager / Inspector to support the Neighborhood Lead Service Line Replacement (LSLR) project for the Pittsburgh Water and Sewer Authority (PWSA) through our partner AECOM.

Position Duties and Responsibilities:

• Inspect and monitor waterline installation, repair and replacement projects for compliance with plans, specifications and safety standards
• Oversee pavement restoration activities ensuring proper materials, compaction and finish quality
• Document daily progress, prepare inspection reports and communicate findings to the supervisor

  Minimum Requirements:
  

  Adherence to our core values of honesty, integrity, teamwork and commitment; team player, solid communicator both oral and written; ability to multitask; 3-5 years’ experience as APM or project inspector. Degree in civil engineering, geotech, or architecture preferred but not required. Onsite presence daily.
