We’re hiring a driven construction project manager to lead our team into a well-oiled machine! You'll be working with a team of driven individuals who balance both hard work and joking around with each other as well. You’ll work with and manage general contractors and subcontractors to make sure the job is done right on single-family and small multi-family projects. Responsibilities: Responsibilities • Schedule construction operations and create a construction timeline to ensure project deadlines are met • Manage general contractors and construction workers and give guidance as needed to ensure high-quality project performance • Clarify the scope with clients, engineers, construction managers, and architects to produce an accurate list of project specifications, including manual labor needs and necessary materials • Work with general contractors, critical subcontractors, and external vendors to negotiate profitable contracts Qualifications: Qualifications • 2+ years of experience in some sort of construction management capacity • Possession of a valid General Contractor’s License is a huge plus • Bilingual (Spanish/English) – we’d love it if you could communicate with a diverse range of crews • Knowledge of the construction industry and the entire building process, including building permits, blueprints, building codes, construction equipment, material resources, construction methods, and project management principles • Superb leadership capability, organizational skills, time-management abilities, and communication skills Compensation: $80,000 - $100,000 yearly
